On tough workouts, like today (leg day), I love when the sunrise beams through my window when I’m finished. It literally becomes that light at the end of the tunnel, especially when my legs feel like they are gonna fall off! Lol 🌟☀️

I know it’s bedtime (for me, anyhow 💤) but I wanted to quickly share a #tbt pic from a week or so ago. To be honest, anything to do with lifting weights or strength training has always scared me 😱 why? I suppose because I’ve never done them and I didn’t know about them (form, equipment, etc.)
My personal goals with this program have been to continue toning up, continue my journey of health/wellness and maybeeeee add a little bulk to my arms and legs 😊
3/4 into “BodyBeast” and I am LOVING how I am feeling and cannot wait to finish it and take those measurements *eek* I’ll keep you posted!
