I just completed “Upper Eccentric” P90X3 workout, which consisted of all pull-ups and push-ups for an entire 30 mins…ouchie! LOL
I will be in the best shape of my life this Summer and have a plan of action, how about you?

While so many people were sleeping in this morning, we woke up early to workout (at home) and then hike for a little bit. While so many people are out drinking tonight, I am here with my little family catching up on TV shows.
Call me crazy, but I do NOT miss the days of waking up with a hangover or potentially getting sick all the time. Though I have never smoked 🚭 I wouldn’t want to spend money on EXPENSIVE cigarettes or drinks 🚫🍸🚬🍹🍻🚫 plus, those days helped contribute to a significant weight gain 😱
I do NOT have anything against drinking or smoking, nor would I judge…I am just speaking from my own current mind frame and my own experience 😊
Who else is relaxing this evening and/or getting up early tomorrow (with this time change)?! Exciting plans tomorrow?
