But…I am just so damn happy! Things are clicking more and more, as I make these habits of mine part of my routine. I am still a work in progress, learning each day but making that small progress…I am happy with that. Plus, I feel so freaken good dammit! 😛 happy #flexfriday my friends! I know it’s bedtime (for me, anyhow 💤) but I wanted to quickly share a #tbt pic from a week or so ago. To be honest, anything to do with lifting weights or strength training has always scared me 😱 why? I suppose because I’ve never done them and I didn’t know about them (form, equipment, etc.)
My personal goals with this program have been to continue toning up, continue my journey of health/wellness and maybeeeee add a little bulk to my arms and legs 😊
3/4 into “BodyBeast” and I am LOVING how I am feeling and cannot wait to finish it and take those measurements *eek* I’ll keep you posted!
