In my workout this morning I was reminded that the workout doesn’t get any easier, instead we get stronger. This is something that is so important to always remember because it is so easy to get discouraged by consistency in doing what is difficult. *************************************
Recently I had a friend tell me that they were going to give up on a healthy lifestyle because they weren’t seeing results quick enough. They also added the fact that it seemed like I had lost 155 pounds “quickly!”
Uh..WRONG! It has taken me about 2 years to slowly implement healthy changes into my life because I didn’t want a quick fix. I wanted it to become a part of my fiber, a part of my habit, a part if my lifestyle…a part of me. *****************************************
So I’m here today on this #tbt to encourage you all to try new things, find something you ENJOY and stick with it! I promise you will find results, feel amazing and stay that way :)

I have NEVER participated in #wcw (Woman Crush Wednesday) because there are so many amazing women in my wife and I don’t want to leave anybody out 😊 then I realized all these beautiful women know I love them and will eventually give shout-outs to them all 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

@Melissalocas , as many of you know as my “beachbody girlfriend” has lost over 170 pounds (she looks smokin’ hot!! 🔥💃) and constantly astounds me with her dedication and positive outlook. I talk to this girl daily and consider her such an amazing friend. Props to her because she’s officially 1/3 finished with “the ultimate reset” cleanse..which is NOT an easy thing to do!! 💙 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
@MandyLeimer has not only lost weight (& gained her health back) in her journey, but she has done so while going to school (and GRADUATING!!) AND planning her upcoming wedding! 💍👰 ps doesn’t she totally look like the gorgeous Jenny McCarthy?!💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃
@juliejules222 is also one of my beautiful “loser” friends that has gained her health back and manages to CRACK ME UP daily! She shares the details of her journey (the realistic struggles we all face and the triumphs), her dedication and that killer smile! She also has a 1/2 marathon coming up this weekend and I’m so proud of her!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
