I don’t mean to be “GOOD MORNING…” Then BAM! Booty in your face…but I am seriously stoked right now 😊
Today was my final morning doing #PIYO and I definitely am feeling much more flexible and stronger πŸ’ͺ
Get this: I was setting up my camera to take a PIYO (workout) pic and I didn’t realize I was getting some junk in the trunk also! In the past I’ve had a flabby bootay or just a regular “fat ass” lmao I guess all those lunges and squats are starting to pay off eh?! Celebrate each small (and large) victory my friends 😁
I’ve done this workout for the past 60 days consistently…even on vacation in CancΓΊn! Now I’m starting the next program and also starting my new test/challenge group to help others (that have 50+ pounds to lose.) I’m ready to start this week off right…big booty and all! Ha (at haydenbrahatcek.com)

Over a week back from CancΓΊn and I’m finally feeling less bloated. For a hot minute I was really feeling like a busted can of muffins 😱
It’s so easy to forget all the progress made and focus on the goals not yet reached. Today I am stoked to be feeling better and knowing I gave my home workout all that I’ve got (FYI P90X2 is rough!!) I will keep reminding myself and everyone I care about (especially on here lol) to be patient, stick with a healthier lifestyle and know that we all will get better each day πŸŒŸπŸ’™ (at haydenbrahatcek.com)

I just realized there is less than 90 days left until the new year! I was reflecting upon all the goals I set for myself, all that I have learned, all that I will continue, and how excited I am to create new goals. Sure, things have been far from perfect: I have gained and lost weight and had quite a few treat meals 😳 However, when I think about the overall goals I set for myself (3 years ago) I couldn’t be more proud of myself and amazed at how far I come. I set only one primary set of goals: to be healthier, be pain free, to be off medications, and learn to maintain this all. Mind you: I do not have crazy will power, there were no magic pills involved, and it has not been easy at all! I am just an average, nerdy, Disney-lovin’ guy that was tired of not feeling his best. I can wholeheartedly say that it has been completely worth it!!
Now, enough about me.. let’s talk about YOU! Are there goals you have set for yourself that you’ve yet to reach or perhaps need that extra push? It has become my passion to help people (male AND female) of all walks of life that want to improve their health and live a life free from obesity. I get it, it SUCKS hardcore to start something new…especially if you have fallen off track time and time again. It also sucks having to ask for help, I know that feeling too well. I do know that it is never too late and the perfect time to start is now! There are so many tools out there for EVERY level…even those that have never exercised a day in their life. Shoot, I wish some of those programs were around when I was nearly 400 pounds!
I have teamed up with my good gal pal to start a group that is aimed for those that have at least 50 pounds to lose. I am beyond excited for this group because it is structured like no other that I’ve been a part of and I know it will help out so many people! There has been a wonderful response and there is still time to be a part of it, but I do need to hear from you by the end of the weekend (to ensure we are all ready to begin on the 20th of October.)
